Who we are

Webique is the trading name of Webique LLC, a New York limited liability company, and any agreement for a build is with Webique LLC. We build and maintain websites for local businesses. You can reach us at contact@webique.net or on (516) 570-5150.

Using this site

You are welcome to browse it and get in touch. Please do not try to break it, scrape it, or use the quote form to send anything unlawful or abusive. We may block anyone who does.

The quote form

Sending the form starts a conversation, nothing more. It is not an order and it does not oblige you to buy anything or us to build anything. Give us accurate contact details or we cannot reply.

Text messages

If you told us on the phone that we could text you, these apply. The full detail is in our privacy policy.

• We only text people who asked us to, and we do not collect that permission through any form on this website.
• Message frequency varies. We only text when there is a reason to.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier.
• Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you.
• Reply HELP for help, or call Webique on (516) 570-5150.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Prices and quotes

Any figure discussed before we have seen your business is an estimate. The price becomes fixed when it is written into an agreement and you accept it. Until then it can change as we learn what the work involves.

What a build normally includes

The specifics live in your agreement, but in general: we design and build the site, write the words, gather the photos, put it online, and maintain it for a monthly fee that covers hosting and ongoing edits.

• The domain is registered in your name. It is yours, and you can take it with you whenever you want.
• We keep your existing booking or ordering system. We link to it rather than replace it.
• The monthly fee covers hosting and edits. Building genuinely new sections or features is quoted separately.

What we cannot promise

We cannot guarantee any particular position in Google or any other search engine. We build the site properly, give search engines the information they need, and help you claim and tidy your Google Business Profile. Where you rank after that is Google's decision, not ours, and anyone promising you a specific ranking is not being straight with you.

We also cannot be responsible for a booking system, payment processor or other third-party service that you use and we merely link to.

Your content

Photos, logos, reviews and text you give us stay yours. You are confirming you have the right to use them, and you let us put them on your site and show the finished site as an example of our work. Tell us if you would rather we did not show it and we will not.

Liability

We do this carefully, but nothing online is guaranteed to be available every second. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with them.
