What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form on this site: your name, your business name, your phone number, your email address, the kind of business you run, how you currently take bookings or orders, and anything you write in the message box.

We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we have no accounts or logins. There is nothing to sign up for.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you. That is the whole purpose. A submission is emailed to us at contact@webique.net so we can call or write back about the work you asked about.

We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

We do not share, sell or rent your information

Webique does not share, sell, or rent customer mobile phone numbers with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Webique does not share or sell consumer personal information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead generation purposes.

That covers your name, your email address and your phone number. Nothing you send us is sold, rented, traded or handed to anyone building a marketing list.

The only companies that ever handle your information are the service providers we use to run the site, deliver your message to us and send our text messages, listed below. They process it on our behalf only, never for marketing or lead generation, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Text messages

If we text you, it is because you told us we could, by saying so during a phone call — usually so we can send you a link to an example website you asked to see. We never text anyone who has not asked us to.

We do not collect consent to text you through any form on this website. Filling in the quote form does not sign you up for text messages.

Services we use

• Zoom — provides our phone number and carries the calls and text messages we send.
• Vercel — hosts this website and serves the pages.
• Resend — delivers your form submission to our inbox as an email.
• Google Workspace — our email, where your message arrives and is kept.
• Vercel Analytics — counts page visits so we know whether the site is working. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. There is no ad network here, no pixel, and nothing following you to other websites.

How long we keep it

Your enquiry stays in our email for as long as we may reasonably need it — to answer you, and to have a record if you become a client. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Your choices

Email contact@webique.net and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No form to fill in, no process — just email us.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
